Thank you for your support of the products of Shenzhen Hynavision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hynavision"). To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Warranty Purpose

1.1 Purpose of product warranty: To correct defects arising from the design and manufacturing processes of the product, and to enhance the product's overall competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

1.2 Another purpose of product warranty: to continuously improve the warranty service work of Shenzhen Hynavision Technology Co., Ltd., making the warranty work more institutionalized, standardized, and rationalized.

Packaging materials, power cords, various connecting cables and other accessories, software products, technical materials, etc. are not covered by the warranty. If accessories experience performance failures within 7 days after purchase, they can be replaced free of charge.

The warranty period for external power supplies and wireless external antennas is three months. If the power supply shows obvious damage from hard objects, cracks, broken pins, or severe deformation, or if the power cord is damaged, broken, or has exposed wires, free replacement will not be provided, and users may purchase a replacement separately.

5. Scope of non-warranty:

5.1. Out-of-warranty products, with no application for warranty extension.

5.2. Due to improper use, the following phenomena occur:

● Burn marks

● Component damage

● Pad defect

5.3 Unauthorized repair or modification of the product without permission;

5.4. Product damage caused by failure to install, use, etc., in accordance with the instructions;

5.5. Product labels, tamper-evident labels, etc. are torn or damaged, or are blurred and illegible;

5.6. Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions, such as liquid ingress, drops, improper voltage input, excessive pressure, or motherboard deformation. For power adapters, this includes obvious damage from hard objects, cracks, broken pins, severe deformation, or damage to the power cord such as breakage, severed wires, or exposed cores.

5.7. Failures or damages caused by force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.);

If the above problems occur during the warranty period, the company will charge fees based on the actual situation, and the customer shall bear the material costs and labor costs;

Special Statement:

* The above terms and conditions apply only to Hynavision products sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

* Our company assumes no responsibility for any other commitments made by the seller to the customer that are not guaranteed by Hainarvision.

Note: The final right of interpretation and modification of this warranty policy belongs to Shenzhen Hynavision Technology Co., Ltd.

6. Extended warranty service:

All products sold by Fanhai Naweishi will enjoy extended warranty services based on product performance. The extended warranty service fees are as follows:

In principle, only a 2-year extended warranty service is provided. POE products with built-in power supplies are provided with a maximum warranty period of only 5 years. If a longer extended warranty period is required, please discuss with the specific service personnel to draft a separate additional agreement.

7. Hotline and Technical Support Services

If you have any product questions or product quality issues during use, please call the national service hotline at 400-838-8826 or email [email protected] for technical support. We will serve you wholeheartedly 24 hours a day. At the same time, when technical support engineers receive customer product issue inquiries, we will provide customers with answers and solutions within one hour.

8. Special Notes

8.1 When our after-sales service department serves you, please send the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase together with the product to be repaired to the after-sales service department at Hynavision's headquarters. If the invoice or proof of purchase cannot be provided, the free warranty period for the product will be calculated from its production date;

8.2 Products that have been replaced or repaired by Hainarvision shall enjoy the remaining term of the original promised warranty plus an additional 3 months of warranty period. If the product is repaired for a fee, the same performance issue shall enjoy a free warranty period of 3 months from the date of repair. Please request and keep your repair voucher;

8.3 The mailing cost of repaired products shall be borne unilaterally by the sender. If the customer uses the freight collect method, we will charge it within the repair cost;

8.4 If the distributor makes any other commitments to you that are not guaranteed by Hynavision, Hynavision shall not bear any responsibility.
